College Fair
As a sophomore, I am grateful
to have the honor to visit College Fairs of
American and Thai universities. During our visits,
many things were shared with us including information on tuition, scholarship grants,
requirements for application and the location of the campuses. Many students often limit themselves to study at the
universities of their home country due to financial problems, but these trips have allowed studentsto see how there are a lot more
universities out there that provide scholarship grants for students in need of them. Also, these trips have allowed me to see various majors in universities
and be helped to find universities famous for specific majors. I am greatly honored to be invited to these events andI hope that more would be held in the near future
so that we can decide earlier
on what we want
to do for life and
have the time
to prepare.
Please check your Collegeprep Calendar and emails from GCO for further information.

College Preps
Students decide. Students are encouraged to plan, research, and make decision through college selection, application and final admission to each student’s most appropriate university. Early on, we engaged students in goal-setting, planning and building educational career portfolio. While counselors, parents and teachers provide guidance, we recognize that college preps is a vital decision-making opportunity and a maturing process that every student must take the responsibility on.
Students assisted. BCIS provides continuous comprehensive guidance to empower our students in their course and college selection. We promote learning and study skills as life and vocational skills. Every subject taught is aimed at enhancing personal growth and welfare of society. We promote career guidance thru counseling, internet linkages, university bulletin/prospectus, interschool fairs, international university expos/tours in and out of the campus and even at the comfort of their homes thru online virtual fairs.
Students blessed. “Your best college/university is prepared for you, by faith.” This is how we encourage our students. We challenge our students to work hard for strong academic achievement and we pray for blessings of success to each one of them. With the many options, opportunities and even obstacles on hand, it is always a joy to trust in God to “open doors” to premier universities, scholarships and other favors to our college hunters. Surely, the college preps is a complex process but it always leads to a productive self-discovery and growth and even increase of faith to the Sovereign God who holds our future.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord,
“plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future…”
Jeremiah 29:11
