Hello and blessings in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

I am so glad to share with you about the Chapel department of BCIS. We are a Jesus centered school and love to gather together and worship Him. The Chapel department consists of many teachers and students who willingly give up their time to  organize and prepare weekly chapel services. This year we have been focusing in on the Fruit of the Spirit from Galatians 5:20-21. Each month both the Elementary and the High School will study a particular fruit for 4-5 weeks. After lining up at the flag ceremony, students (Elementary on Tuesdays, High School on Wednesdays)will fill our auditorium and partake in worship lead by students and teachers, then listen to teaching about God's word. Our methods in Chapel include teaching, skits, video presentations, and games.

My hope as a Chaplain is to make an environment different and separate from but in alliance with regular church attendance. We have really been focusing in what it means to be "On fire" for God. What does that look like in modern day Asian Christians? How are we to look different from the world? And finally, what is our responsibility to other Christians, non-Christians, Bangkok, and the world. All the Fruit discussions and presentations work to teach the idea of fulfilling the Great commission, GO AND MAKE DISCIPLES.

As a follow up, it is my Joy to be able to lead and guide the students of BCIS in a deeper walk with our Lord Jesus Christ. It my Honor to pray for and with them. My Door is always open and students are also welcomed to talk or pray with us here in the guidance and counseling office.

May God be glorified in all we do and say.
